Tea Leaves

After a long hiatus, I am back in the scrapping world with a vengeance... tee hee!! I managed to do 5 layouts in just 2 days. Woohoo!!

The first is of our vacation to Cameron Highlands in June, where we visited the breathtakingly beautiful BOH tea plantation.

I used mostly pieces from the September Swirlydoos kit which is full of the gorgeous My Mind's Eye's Lost & Found - Union Square collection. I know that Eiffel Tower is a long way away from Cameron Highlands but.... owh why not? It's a beautiful piece!! Nobody said I HAVE to scrap only pictures on Paris with this line.

Not much on techniques for this one. It's mainly just cutting and pasting. Although I did stamp the date on those Maya Road kraft tickets. And I did spritz a little glimmer mist on the diecut paper. So that's basically the end of my technique requirements :D

Materials used:
Patterned papers, paper flowers and brads: My Mind's Eye. Flowers and pearl swirls: Prima Marketing. Alphas: American Crafts. Chipboard frame: Bo Bunny. Kraft tickets: Maya Road. Journaling tag: 7Gypsies. Others: tattered Angels Glimmer Mist, Tim Holtz distress ink.

Target: 100 layouts
Done: 60 layouts
To do: 40 layouts
